Once I gather a detailed understanding of your long-term and short-term investment goals, I’ll leverage my 20 years of buying experience to develop a targeted property investment strategy that’s tailored specifically to your needs.
Research
Using expert metrics and data analysis, I will research the current property market to locate potential properties and locations that perfectly match your long-term financial goals.
Inspect
I’ll then take the time to personally inspect each property in person to ensure its suitability. On your behalf, I can also engage building inspectors, pest inspectors, quantity surveyors and other support services to ensure your making a truly valuable investment.
Negotiate
Once we’ve found the perfect property for your financial goals, it’s important to secure the best deal possible. Having bought hundreds of Queensland properties for happy clients over the years, I will negotiate the best possible price on your behalf. I’ll also work to negotiate off-market or pre-market deals to ensure you don’t miss out on the perfect real estate investment.
Implement
Congratulations! Once the sale has been successfully negotiated, I will take you through all of the documentation associated with the transaction to ensure you have everything you need as you move toward financial freedom.
