Sydney couple, Katie and Scott, had previously worked with Simon at Worth Property Investing to purchase an investment property in a great location for a great price that had already achieved excellent capital growth for them. 

Delighted with their previous experience with Worth and looking to use the equity in their investment property, they reached out for help making another purchase – only this time, it was to be their new family home. 

Having recently relocated from Sydney to Brisbane, the couple were ready to start a family and were looking for a home in a safe location suitable for families where they could raise their children. However, as they’d only recently made the move north, Katie and Scott still weren’t very familiar with the local market. 

For this reason, they once again engaged Simon to help. 

The type of properties they were looking for were selling quickly in Brisbane. This meant they needed to act fast with both inspections and contract negotiations. 

Simon got to work researching potential suburbs that met their needs and managed to find Katie and Scott a great home in a desirable suburb close to the CBD, schools, parks and healthcare.  He then negotiated a fair market price and made the purchase via private treaty on their behalf. 

Going the extra mile, Simon even negotiated for some additional work to be done, based on the building and pest report – ensuring that Katie and Scott could move straight into their new home and start their family.
